I don't know how many of you have see this Bellator MMA fight that ended in a triangle choke, but its great.
The triangle is my favorite submission and this one is really slick, he was losing the fight, and puts the guy out cold (this video is more of a highlight). I'm not sure, I guess it would be an inverted, reverse triangle or something, lol....
If any of you know some other great triangle videos I'd love to see them.

Gary is a true man of grit, 70-290 practice exam honor and a true fighter defined as a BJJ black belt. Gary had two neurosurgeries on his spine a few years ago, and was told his career in BJJ was over. Gary has been red hat certificationback to the mat, has assisted in teaching at my academy and has developed his training full time, and full speed. Gary is a warrior, and someone that we all should look at for inspiration.Gary went to the 2009 World Jiu-jistu no gi championships November 8, 2009 at Cal State University, Long Beach, California this past week. Gary is proud that he has won the gold medal, and the most important part of this reminded me of when I was a purple belt. I went back to competing and ultimately it was the reminder and the challenge of wondering about microsoft certification exams your physical status, your health, and possibility of injuring or reinjuring yourself. These questions go through the mind of any athlete and must be confronted.
